At Madame FAN, the journey between French and Asian lands continues with an atypical food and drink pairing. Our sommeliers have imagined atypical food and drink pairings by combining the greatest classics of French wines and great discoveries from Asia: sake, Japanese whiskey... 

Among the selection of exceptional sakes by our sommelier: HAKKAISAN Junmai Daiginjo Snow Aged 3 Years “Yukimuro”, fresh as snow, the minimalist white bottle represents the unique method used in brewing this sake: “Yukimuro”. This sake is aged for three years by a huge quantity of snow stored in the same isolated room. This traditional, eco-friendly technique adds a softer, rounder feel to the already creamy flavor, which is softened by notes of pear. Feel the snowy freshness of the slopes anytime with a few sips of Yukimuro?
